Job Summary : Join our family as a Physical Therapy Assistant and help our patients and residents maximize their potential. While working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, a Physical Therapy Assistant assists patients and residents with therapy activities and exercises scheduled in a treatment plan to improve their quality of life and ability to perform daily activities.

Responsibilities :

• Provides, monitors, and records therapy services to patients / residents with physical, cognitive, or developmental impairments
• Selects, implements, and modifies therapeutic activities and interventions consistent with demonstrated competency levels and goals
• Exchanges information with and provides documentation to the physical therapist about responses to and communications during intervention
• Follows and adheres to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organization
