A company is looking for an HR Specialist, Global Operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a primary HR contact for international employees and contractors
Support onboarding logistics and maintain employee personnel files
Monitor HRIS automated workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements
Required Qualifications :
2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
Experience with international employees through EOR service providers preferred
Foundational knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and comfort navigating multiple systems
Resourceful, creative problem-solver with a process-driven mindset
