Position Summary :

The Quality Systems Engineer is responsible for maintaining and improving the factory's quality systems, metrology and calibration programs, and safety compliance processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring that all products, processes, and documentation meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements, particularly those related to automotive quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on quality professional with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Metrology and Calibration Management

• Develop, implement, and maintain the factory's calibration plan.
• Manage periodic calibration and verification of measuring and test equipment.
• Ensure all equipment maintains traceability to national or international standards.
• Lead the internal calibration program, including performing internal calibrations and coordinating external service providers.
• Track and analyze non-conforming or expired equipment, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
