Job Summary :
This is a full-time, 100% on site position in our beautiful office located in West Palm Beach. This position will be reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven CRM Strategist to lead comprehensive customer relationship management initiatives that maximize user engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role focuses on developing overarching CRM strategies, ensuring flawless execution of customer journeys, and optimizing all customer communication touchpoints to drive sustainable business growth within our diverse Hispanic community.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive CRM strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable growth in customer engagement and retention.
- Design and oversee end-to-end customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies across all touchpoints to maximize user experience and business outcomes.
- Develop strategic frameworks for customer segmentation, personalization, and targeting based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional insights.
- Define and implement CRM best practices, ensuring consistent execution quality across all customer communication channels (email, push, SMS, in-app).
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and success metrics for all CRM initiatives, providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Data, and Creative teams to ensure CRM strategies are seamlessly integrated and effectively executed.
- Oversee the strategic planning and execution of customer lifecycle campaigns including onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back initiatives.
- Drive innovation in CRM approaches through strategic A / B testing, optimization frameworks, and emerging technology evaluation.
- Develop comprehensive cross-sell and upsell strategies that increase product adoption, transaction frequency, and customer lifetime value.
- Ensure CRM operations maintain the highest standards of data accuracy, compliance, and deliverability across all platforms and campaigns.
- Lead strategic analysis of customer behavior patterns and market trends to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
- Provide strategic leadership in customer feedback integration and CRM process optimization initiatives.
- Present strategic insights, performance analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership through comprehensive reporting and dashboards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) required.Proven strategic thinking and leadership capabilities with experience in developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies.Expert-level proficiency in CRM platforms such as Insider, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar enterprise marketing automation tools.Advanced experience with analytics and data visualization tools including Firebase and business intelligence platforms.Strong strategic planning and project management skills with ability to oversee multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations.Extensive experience in customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation strategies, and personalization frameworks.Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to influence and drive results across teams.Advanced knowledge of marketing automation, A / B testing methodologies, and performance optimization strategies.Strong business acumen with understanding of fintech industry dynamics and customer behavior patterns.Deep understanding of data privacy regulations, compliance requirements, and CRM best practices with proven expertise in implementing industry standards.Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.Experience with advanced Excel / Google Sheets and SQL for data analysis and strategic reporting; SQL experience is a plus.Education and Experience :
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field required; MBA preferred.3+ years of progressive experience in CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement roles (preferably in fintech, financial services, or high-growth digital companies).Proven track record of leading strategic CRM initiatives that resulted in measurable business growth.Experience working with Hispanic / Latino markets and understanding of cultural nuances strongly preferred.Advanced certifications in marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred.Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional leadership.Physical Requirements :
