About the Role :

As a Civil Project Manager, you'll lead a team of engineers and designers to bring client visions to life. You'll serve as a client liaison, technical expert, and team leader-managing everything from design to delivery. This role offers autonomy, support, and the chance to work on high-impact projects across grading, drainage, streets, utilities, and more.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead civil design projects from concept to completion
• Interface with clients, develop proposals, and manage scopes and budgets
• Oversee design criteria, plan preparation, and agency approvals
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate project teams
• Ensure quality, profitability, and timely delivery of projects
