SUMMARY : Join our compassionate team as a Certified Nursing Assistant! In this role, you will provide personalized, high-quality care to residents while collaborating closely with our dedicated nursing staff. Your proactive approach to patient care will be crucial in fostering a supportive environment for all residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Patient Care & Service : Attend to residents' needs according to their individualized care plans; assist with activities and transport residents to and from various activities; engage residents in leisure activities; assess and report on residents' conditions; offer emotional support to residents and their families.
• Safety : Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Communication & Documentation : Guide families in accessing professional staff; respond promptly to resident requests; participate in team communication and updates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

EDUCATION : Relevant nursing education will be considered.

LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS : Certified Nursing Assistant - New York State Education Department (NYSED)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Medium Work - Ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10 to 25 pounds frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects; requires frequent walking, standing, or squatting.
