1st Shift - Part time - Weekly hours will range from 24-28 hours approximately occurring between 10 : 00 am 4 : 00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Starting Pay : $18.00 / hr

MSA Globe Manufacturing in Auburn, Maine is now hiring for a part-time Facilities Janitorial and Maintenance Worker to provide on-site cleaning support for our manufacturing plant. In this role the Maintenance Worker will be responsible for :

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls.
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Maintain cleaning inventory, and notify management when orders are needed for replacement products.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment.
• Monitor and fill bathroom supplies.
• Utilize forklift to empty trash receptacles.
• Complete minor facilities repairs such as floor tape replacement, wall painting, switching light bulbs, and unclogging toilets.
• Remove sewing debris from manufacturing equipment wheels.
• Other activities as deemed necessary by management.
