Job Description

If you are looking for a collaborative, dynamic, physician-led practice environment where you can learn, grow, and excel in providing integrated, multidisciplinary, patient centered care, then Summit Health / Starling Physicians is the place to be! We are currently seeking a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse (APN)  to work collaboratively with our Cardiology Physicians providing patient care in the outpatient office.

Requirements include :

• Current Connecticut State APN License
• Board Certified
• Cardiology experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication and time management skills
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient environment
