Requirements :

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications :

High School diploma or G.E.D.

Medical Assistant certificate.

Certification in phlebotomy preferred.

Minimum of one (1) year working as a medical assistant, preferably in a behavioral health setting.

Must be able to work : Monday-Friday, 7am-3 : 30pm

We are seeking Medical Assistant to join our team at our Methadone Clinic on Germantown Avenue in Philadelphia, Pa. This role is full-time, Monday - Friday 7 : 00a - 3 : 30p. Earn $18.77 / hr.

Position Details :

• Prepare rooms for examination
• Maintain steady flow of individuals in medical department
• Prepare electronic charts for providers
• Assist providers with the examination of individuals
• Measure vital signs
• Draw and collect bodily fluids, prepare specimens for laboratory analysis.
• Respond to medical emergencies
• Complete EKGs
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
