PMR Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Northern Georgia

A hospital is seeking a PMR physician for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located in northern Georgia.

The position follows a 7 on / 7 off schedule from Sunday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., with concurrent call during coverage weeks. Coverage is needed as soon as credentialed (approx. 120 days), and the facility may be open to a two-physician rotation model if needed. The unit has 14 beds with an average daily census of 12, uses Epic EMR, and is supported by APPs, RNs, and therapy staff. The locum physician will be responsible for admissions and medical management, and may perform injections on a case-by-case basis.
