We are excited to add a Procurement Pricing Analyst to our Operations Team. This mid-level role will support corporate purchasing by managing vendor price controls, centralizing procurement practices, and partnering with purchasing agents across multiple sites. Must be able to collaborate with many departments and levels of staff, from Branch / Field level to Leadership.

What You'll Do
Oversee compliance with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Medius for Direct Material within the regionManage requisition and approval processes for Indirect SpendOwn and maintain Pricebook Item Master Data Management, including :Adding, modifying, and deleting pricebook line items
Updating preferred vendors and pricing in alignment with MTG strategies in ServiceTitanSubstituting materials and supporting taxonomy integration for each entityManage monthly Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) PricingAct as first-level approver for new vendor or material requestsNegotiate non-contract pricing through local / regional RFQsIdentify and pursue regional sourcing opportunities to improve cost, quality, and serviceServe as escalation point for blocked invoices, ensuring timely resolution with purchasing agentsProvide weekly reporting of vendor / OEM price changes, including cost avoidance impactsTrack and report on procurement KPIs, including :PO creation compliance
Year-over-year PO quantitiesSupply house activity monitoring and receipt complianceBlocked vendor invoice quantitiesPartner with purchasing leads and local agents to align purchasing processes and PO structuresCommunicate potential supply constraints or disruptions to managementEscalate supplier price increases to drive timely strategic decisionsSupport corporate purchasing strategies, supplier programs, and contractsFacilitate collaboration and best practice sharing across entity-level purchasing teamsWhat We're Looking For
Required :
High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred)Experience in purchasing, procurement, or pricing analysisStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, MS 365)Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organizational skills with ability to work across multiple entitiesPreferred :
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar ERP systemExperience with Medius for invoicing and PO reconciliationPrevious multi-entity or regional purchasing support experiencePre-Employment Requirements
