Behavioral Health Inpatient Facility Manager
Northeast Delta Human Services Authority is looking for an experienced and dedicated Behavioral Health Inpatient Manager to direct the activities of a twenty-four hour addictive disorders treatment facility, which may include a detoxification unit. In this role, you will be responsible for managing staff personnel and overseeing the daily functions of a facility.
Minimum Qualifications :
- A master's degree in human or health services, social work, or a social sciences field; health care or behavioral health administration, nursing, or public health plus four years of experience providing health services, behavioral health treatment, social services, nursing, or counseling; OR
- A doctorate in human or health services, social work, or a social sciences field; health care or behavioral health administration, nursing, or public health plus two years of experience providing health services, behavioral health treatment, social services, nursing, or counseling.
Job Duties :
Directs, plans, and implements the programs serving the residential treatment needs of the consumers through the Reaching Independence through Support and Education (R.I.S.E.) Treatment Center.Assesses program needs in residential services and makes recommendations to the Admin Program Director relative to this as well as planning and implementing special programming related to integrated care services.Administers treatment center programs by scheduling assignments and supervision work of subordinate staff.Oversees and assures the effective working operation and accessibility of the R.I.S.E. Treatment Center while determining organizational requirements of personnel, materials, supplies, and equipment.Initiates professional correspondence, completes reports as needed, participates in in-service trainings for staff, completes required trainings in a timely manner and participates in integrated care outreach initiatives, as assigned.Position-Specific Details :
Appointment Type : Probational, Promotional, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special DutyCompensation : NEDHSA is a designated approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site. Clinicians who work at NHSC-approved sites are eligible to apply to the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to pay off student loans.2-year Full-Time Clinical Practice : NHSC will pay up to $50,000 for an initial 2 years of full-time clinical practice to clinicians (full-time clinical practice is defined as no less than 40 hours per week, for a minimum of 45 weeks per year).How to Apply :
