Location : Richmond, VA – Near West End

Schedule : Part-time (20–25 hours / week + occasional events)

Compensation : $15 / hour + commission + performance bonus

At Pure Barre Richmond – Near West End , we're more than a boutique fitness studio—we're a passionate community focused on empowerment through movement. We're looking for a Lead Sales Associate to take ownership of the front desk, support our sales team, and help cultivate a vibrant, high-performing studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional first impression and provide ongoing high-level support to every client
• Drive membership and retail sales through thoughtful consultation and relationship-building
• Use ClubReady to manage client accounts, track key metrics, and follow up with leads
• Proactively resolve member issues and support retention through outreach and service
