AT A GLANCE :
The Senior Recruiter reports directly to the Senior Vice President, People and is part of the People Department. This role will play a strategic and consultative role in leading full-cycle talent acquisition efforts that align with organizational goals. They act as a trusted advisor to leadership, developing innovative sourcing strategies, managing high-quality talent pipelines, and driving data-informed hiring decisions. With a strong focus on candidate experience, operational efficiency, and compliance, the Senior Recruiter ensures a seamless process from sourcing through onboarding. They serve as a culture ambassador, mentor to junior recruiters, and a key partner in advancing talent strategies across the enterprise.
This Senior Recruiter role will operate on a contract to hire basis.
DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER :
- Design and execute innovative, data-informed talent acquisition strategies to proactively source, engage, and secure top-tier external talent aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Act as a talent advisor and subject matter expert by maintaining deep functional knowledge of the business, workforce planning needs, and market dynamics to influence hiring decisions at all levels.
- Build and manage high-performing talent pipelines, ensuring proactive engagement, diversity of candidates, and an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Partner closely with leadership teams and the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to define strategic recruiting priorities, support workforce planning, and allocate recruitment resources effectively.
- Consult with hiring leaders to define role profiles, competencies, and screening frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance expectations.
- Drive efficient and effective talent operations, leveraging best practices in time management, stakeholder communication, and process optimization to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring quality.
- Oversee and streamline the interview process, including the coordination of complex interview schedules, stakeholder debriefs, and timely follow-ups, ensuring a consistent and engaging candidate journey.
- Lead the integrity and accuracy of recruitment data by establishing best practices for candidate tracking, status documentation, and system compliance across applicant pipelines and onboarding systems.
- Monitor and evaluate all recruitment efforts, using key performance metrics to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making in alignment with company objectives.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports, providing insights and recommendations to leadership on pipeline health, market trends, and hiring performance.
- Champion a seamless candidate-to-Memory Maker transition, collaborating with onboarding, and hiring teams to uphold high standards of candidate care and operational excellence.
- Ensure strict adherence to People policies and all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations, advising hiring managers on compliance-related matters.
- Serve as a cultural ambassador, consistently modeling company values and delivering an authentic, engaging introduction to the organization's mission and brand.
- Mentor junior recruiters and hiring partners, contributing to the development of a high-performing, agile recruitment team while continuously evolving best practices.
- Own additional strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned, supporting organizational growth and evolving hiring needs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of agency or high-volume staffing experience preferred, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment.Strong cognitive agility with the ability to learn quickly, manage multiple complex tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with professional-level English and strong grammar proficiency.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with business math and data-driven decision-making.Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in people and culture.Proactive and solutions-focused, with a high degree of initiative, critical thinking, and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive, professional attitude.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable navigating applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT :
