We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our office operations running smoothly and efficiently. As the first point of contact for both clients and employees, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both electronic and paper-based.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Handle the sorting and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.Benefits
