Salary : $25.00 / hr

Schedule :

Sunday through Thursday 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm
Tuesday through Saturday 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm

Locations : Multiple. This role will cover housekeeping duties at our PHP / IOP, Residential Treatment Center, and 5 apartment units.

The Role

As the Housekeeper at Alsana, you will assist with maintaining the facility in a clean and safe manner.

Responsibilities

Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas so that health standards are met.

Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and / or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and / or shampooers.

Empties wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transports other trash and waste to disposal areas.

Carries linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies.

Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and / or polishes floors, using brooms, mops, and / or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.

Dust and polishes furniture and equipment.

Keeps storage areas are well stocked, clean, and tidy.

Washes windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.

Requests repair services when needed and turns mattresses as needed.

Observes precautions required to protect clients and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

1+ years of commercial or residential cleaning experience

Ability to work well on a team and communicate efficiently
