About the Role :

The Warehouse Tech at Eagle Core, EAGCO, plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse activities by managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and supporting logistics processes. This position is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring that all materials are handled safely and in compliance with company standards. The Warehouse Tech collaborates closely with team members and other departments to optimize workflow and maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. By utilizing technology and warehouse management systems, the role supports real-time tracking and reporting of inventory levels to facilitate timely decision-making. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall supply chain effectiveness, helping Eagle Core meet customer demands and operational goals consistently.

The Warehouse Tech utilizes organizational and technical skills daily to manage inventory accurately and maintain warehouse efficiency. Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment ensures safe and effective handling of materials, reducing the risk of damage or injury. Familiarity with warehouse management systems allows the Warehouse Tech to track inventory in real time, supporting accurate reporting and timely replenishment. Strong communication skills facilitate coordination with team members and other departments, ensuring smooth workflow and problem resolution. Additionally, mechanical aptitude aids in performing routine equipment maintenance, minimizing operational disruptions and supporting continuous productivity.
