Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and compassionate individual to join our Sales Development team as an entry-level Patient Advocate. In this role, you will support patients and referral partners in helping grow awareness of TMS Therapy and Salience Health. This is a great opportunity to start a career in Salience Health or medical sales with full training and mentorship provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients by phone to schedule consultations and answer questions about services.
- Track and manage patient leads and referral activity using Salesforce.
- Support the sales process by coordinating with care navigators, insurance teams, and treatment coordinators.
- Help resolve patient or provider concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Build relationships with referring doctors and ensure they are informed of updates.
- Reaching out to new and previous TMS therapy patient to engage them in scheduling consultations or meeting with the care navigator team for retreatment.

This is an office-based role with frequent phone and computer use (up to 70–75% of the day). Occasional travel within the DFW area may be required for provider meetings or events.

Education & Experience
