Overview

Structured Credit Services (SCS) was started back in 2000 to provide trustee, calculation agent, collateral administration, custodial, loan administration and paying / transfer agent services on over 400 SPVs both domestically and throughout Europe / Asia. As the Closing Team Specialist is the primary point of contact for existing and new clients as new structures are being developed. You will coordinate with various internal and external parties to ensure the successful closure of transactions. In addition, as the Closing Team Specialist you will participate in RFPs and prospective client pitches. You must have a deep understanding of bank loans, CLOs, ABLs, private credit, middle market and other complex fixed income structures. Support of business' revenue, cost and strategic goals.

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in California is $190,000 to $299,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
