Product Liability Associate Attorney

A well-established law firm in St. Louis is seeking a Products Liability Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their growing litigation team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in defending product liability cases involving automotive products, toxic chemicals, manufacturing equipment, and trucking-related claims . This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to continue developing their skills in complex litigation.

Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of product liability defense litigation.

Conduct depositions, draft motions, and appear in court.

Develop case strategies and collaborate closely with clients, experts, and co-counsel.

Handle discovery, including document review and analysis of technical evidence.

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school and active Missouri Bar membership (Illinois a plus).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in product liability or complex defense litigation.

Strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
