Principal Product Manager (AI Data Platform)
Oracle's AI Data Platform is accelerating enterprise AI and redefining how AI applications are built. The Data Platform team is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to drive strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a modern, scalable Agent / AI / ML platform. You'll be responsible for defining product vision, gathering requirements from customers and stakeholders, and translating them into clear roadmaps that guide engineering investments. You will partner closely with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, distributed, and resilient AI services, ensuring that customer needs and business priorities are met.
Responsibilities include :
- Drive next-generation AI product capabilities, with a focus on agentic workflows, ML / AI integration, and data platforms, using Oracle standards and leading open-source frameworks.
- Own end-to-end product areas, from vision and strategy through requirements, delivery, and adoption, ensuring alignment with enterprise customer needs.
- Work directly with architects, engineers, and data scientists to define capabilities that unify structured and unstructured data for AI and agent use cases.
- Collaborate with remote and geographically distributed teams to deliver complex AI / ML and data-driven services, ensuring high scalability, reliability, and governance.
- Partner with customers, field teams, and stakeholders to identify emerging opportunities in AI agents and prioritize features that deliver measurable value.
- Translate technical complexity into clear product requirements and intuitive experiences.
- Be deeply hands-on with data and AI / ML concepts, ensuring product decisions are informed by technical feasibility and customer value.
- Evangelize AIDP internally and externally, shaping the narrative for how enterprises build and scale with agents.
- Mentor and guide other product managers to support organizational growth and accelerate Oracle's AI platform strategy.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $92,900 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
