Family Medicine Physician –Join a Mission-Driven Practice Focused on Community Health – South Carolina

Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Central, or Northeast, South Carolina . This is a 100% outpatient opportunity in a Patient-Centered Medical Home model, offering a strong work-life balance, generous benefits, and a chance to make a lasting impact in an underserved community. Multiple communities to call home and an easy drive to Columbia, Charlotte, and Myrtle Beach.

Position Highlights :

  • Schedule : Monday–Friday (five 8-hour shifts)

One day includes a 4-hour dedicated admin block

  • Setting : 100% outpatient – no hospital or ER responsibilities
  • Call : After-hours phone-only call, 1 : 4 rotation
  • Patient Load : 18–24 patients per day
  • Clinical / Admin Split : 90% Clinical / 10% Administrative
  • Team-Based Care Model – Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment – Behavioral Health, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Women’s Health, Chiro, and Laboratory Services
  • 40-year-old Organization with 13 Locations throughout South Carolina

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Base Salary : $200,000 – $235,000+ (commensurate with experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus and Relocation
  • Visa Support
  • Quarterly Quality Bonus
  • Annual Salary Increase : Up to 10%
  • Student Loan Repayment : Eligible for up to $100,000
