Salary Estimate : $17-$19 / hour based on experience

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Cook, you will play a key role in preparing high-quality meals for both guests and team members. Every day brings variety, teamwork, and opportunities to sharpen your culinary skills, including :

• Setting up equipment and ingredients prior to service
• Reading and preparing menu items quickly and accurately according to provided recipes
• Preparing food for team member meals
• Performing inventory checks on perishable items and notifying leadership of products nearing expiration
• Assisting with banquet preparation and production to meet client expectations
• Ensuring coolers and prep areas are cleaned, organized, and properly secured at the end of each shift
• Storing food correctly, following proper labeling and rotation procedures
• Maintaining food quality and sanitation standards before, during, and after service
• Supporting the team with additional tasks as assigned
