Temple Court is looking for Events Staff to join their growing team! This is specifically for our events.
Responsibilities :
- Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests
- Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
- Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
- Taking accurate beverage orders from guests
- Delivering beverages to guests in a timely manner; ensuring that all orders are presented and delivered correctly
- Being ready and willing to assist fellow team members to maintain the smooth operation of the event
- Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Maintaining and upholding our company's vision and values
- Demonstrating a passion for details and a willingness to learn
- Taking part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties
- Maintaining a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment, including buffets, bars, and service areas
Qualifications :
Ability to perform all technical service functions through the course of an eventExperience with catering style service; ability to carry drinks and glassware on a serving trayProfessional attitude that comes through in personal interactions and communicationsHas a sincere interest in the hospitality industry, food, and beverageDemonstrate clear written and verbal communication skillsAble to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and directionCapability to stand for prolonged periods of timeLift up to 50 pounds of weightAbility to reach, bend, stoop, climb up and down stairs, walk, carry multiple objectsPerks :
