This hybrid role blends hands-on administrative support with accounting-related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

• Corporate oversight of outsourced business licenses
• Assist with licenses, registrations, and credit applications
• Manage mail : scan, sort, and forward to appropriate owner (tax and payable)
• Prepare and process certified documents : scanning, mailing, and tracking
• Facilitate document signatures across departments and leadership
• File relevant ownership changes with federal, state, and local agencies
• Collaborate with the accounting team on vendor setup, invoice processing, and reconciliations
