SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR : CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (CLM)

THE MISSION :

We are seeking a high-impact, Senior Project Leader to architect and drive the end-to-end implementation of highly integrated Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms (pre and post-signature). This role demands a proactive, results-oriented expert who can seamlessly translate complex technical requirements into guaranteed delivery and business value.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN AND DRIVE

• Strategic Delivery : Own the execution, scope, and schedule for high-complexity, multi-dependent CLM projects.
• Risk Mastery (RAID) : Proactively identify, track, and resolve Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) across all project teams and external partners.
• Financial & Resource Management : Oversee project budgets and coordinate resource allocation with departmental leadership.
• Technical Translation : Utilize systems analysis methods to translate intricate functional requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables.
• Executive Alignment : Build and maintain strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders, communicating progress, influencing outcomes, and ensuring alignment at all levels.
