Job Description
The Solutions Architect for Automation & AI proactively and holistically leads and supports domain-level activities that guide the development and management of a portfolio of automation and AI solutions. Solutions include projects, systems (applications, technologies, processes, and information), and shared infrastructure and application services. This role is trusted and respected as a thought leader who can influence and persuade business and IT leaders and development teams. The architect is technology-neutral, motivated, and driven by achieving long-term business outcomes, with a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
Understands business goals, objectives, and outcomes, business capabilities, value streams, and business processes and their importance in solution architecture. Provides the necessary leadership, analysis, and design tasks related to supporting the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, along with eight (8) years of hands‑on experience in automation and AI, including expertise with Microsoft Foundry, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning technologies.
