Clinic Manager

Division Manager : PMSG / Clinics (Full Time)

The Division Manager is responsible and accountable for the administrative, clinical, and financial performance of the specialty practices for which he / she is responsible with particular emphasis on business operations and support staff relationships. In addition, the Division Manager also works collaboratively with Russell Medical service line leaders and other hospital and health system leaders to coordinate operations and strategies with system operations and initiatives.

Supervises All Advanced Care Clinic Staff within PMSG / Clinics

Location : Advanced Care Clinics

Shift : Full time with benefits

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay : Based on experience

Minimum Qualifications :

• Education : Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience : Minimum of two years experience in medical office practice preferred. Minimum of two years experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Specialized Knowledge And Skills :
• Ability to speak effectively to individual and / or groups of patients, providers, or employees
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, providers and employees in an effective, helpful and compassionate manner
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
