New Franklin Center for Rehabiliation and Nursing is seeking a Dietitian - flexible schedule.
Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team in a long-term care setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving the health and quality of life for older adults.
Responsibilities:
Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
Monitor residents’ dietary intake and adjust plans based on medical conditions and preferences
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and food service teams
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff
Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible
Experience in nursing home or hospital settings preferred
Familiarity with nutrition software and electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to resident-centered care
