• Conduct time studies and analyze equipment / workforce performance .
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to boost throughput.

• Partner with cross-functional teams— engineering, quality, and production —to align improvement initiatives.
• Manage project timelines using Gantt charts and milestone tracking.
