A company is looking for a Senior Director, IT Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-year portfolio strategies for clinical research platforms and digital initiatives

Oversee execution of complex, multi-phase programs and establish project management standards

Build and lead a high-performing project management team while fostering stakeholder engagement

Required Qualifications

15+ years in project / program leadership or enterprise portfolio management for digital transformation

6+ years of direct leadership in matrixed, cross-functional environments

Proven success in enterprise-scale platform migrations and PMO development

Strong background in advanced analytics and financial modeling

Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or regulated environments preferred
