15 shifts / month (total of 180 hours) with flexibility to work extra shifts at $200 / hourOnly 173 shifts / year required; 7 shifts allowed as PTO or extra payOpen ICU with optional procedures and 24 / 7 telehealth support from board‑certified critical care physiciansNo APP supervision required during night shiftsCollaborative and collegial environment :
Small hospital : 75 beds, all private roomsFollow patients from admission to discharge with a team of 3‑4 hospitalists during the day (patient load of 15‑18)Support from cardiology, general surgery, orthopedics, nephrology, pulmonology, hematology / oncologyAdditional perks :
