Where You'll Make a Difference

Coordinate the development, implementation, and maintenance of training programs to ensure compliance with all training policies and requirements.
Assign local, global, and business curriculums according to operational needs.
Work with Course Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop local training content.
Serve as the owner/administrator of the computer-based document control system.
Develop and maintain employee-specific training schedules and plans in partnership with Leadership, Resource Leaders, and Learning Leaders.
Ensure training materials for Production, Logistics, and Maintenance are reviewed, approved, updated, and accessible.
Support onboarding for new employees across Production, Logistics, and Maintenance.
Assist with the Learning Management System (LMS) and coach employees on accessing and using learning resources.
Support local implementation of global Instructor-Led courses and other local learning projects.

What Makes You the Right Fit

High school diploma or equivalent required.
35 years of manufacturing or related experience.
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Minimum 2 years in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand the big picture and articulate the value of training to plant performance.
Demonstrated ownership mindset and strong collaboration skills.
Ability to give and receive constructive and positive feedback.
Adaptable, proactive, and quick to learn new skills.

How Would You Stand Out?

Experience providing basic IT support or coordinating IT activities.
SAP experience.
Experience working on a production floor to assist in hands-on training.
