As a Full-Time Teller, you are an essential part of our branch team. You will accurately handle teller transactions while recognizing opportunities to recommend UW Credit Union products and services that align with our members' financial goals. Through these interactions, you will build strong and trustworthy relationships with members at your branch.

What You'll Do
Welcome and assist members at our State Street Branch, representing UW Credit Union.Strive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales & Service Philosophy.Keep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services.Ensure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line.Follow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures.Investigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members.Build relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate.Look for ways to exceed our members' expectations.Work with your branch team to address member and branch needs.What You'll Need to Succeed
High School Diploma or equivalent1 year of customer service experienceConfidence with cash handling and transactionsDemonstrates ability to work with customers of all ages and backgroundsExcellent interpersonal and professional skillsTeam player that can confidently jump in where and when you are neededAbility to work in an autonomous environment
