About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Certifications : BLS and ACLS required

Must-Have :

• Epic experience required
• Ability to provide care for COVID patients
• Willing to work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Willing to be on-call as needed

Description :

The position involves working in a cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology lab.

The nurse will be part of a team performing various cardiac procedures including catheterization and electrophysiology.

This facility has procedural labs and a prep and recovery area dedicated to invasive cardiology.

The team consists of skilled cardiologists, electrophysiologists, registered nurses, and technologists.

The facility is capable of handling cases ranging from diagnostics to complex interventions.

Advanced treatment options such as Impella and ECMO are available for STEMI and cardiac arrest cases.

The position requires flexibility with days off, which will vary during the week.

The nurse will engage in various cardiac procedures, including cardioversions and ablations.

The unit is growing to include structural heart procedures.

Candidates must be able to interact with interdisciplinary support services.

This is an urgency-oriented environment with regular patient procedures and interactions.
