Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) located in Chester Springs, PA. The LPN will be responsible for providing routine care to patients, monitoring their health, administering medications, and collaborating with RNs and other healthcare professionals to manage and coordinate patient care. The LPN will also maintain accurate patient records, assist with personal care, and support residents' day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in providing routine patient care, monitoring patients' health, and administering medications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with RNs and other healthcare professionals
• Ability to maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Knowledge of personal care assistance and support with daily activities
• LPN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
• Experience in a senior or retirement living setting is a plus
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills
