A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I to provide support and resolve inquiries for members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Responds to routine member and provider inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate support
Mitigates complaints by resolving issues during the initial contact
Documents communications and maintains performance standards in a high-paced contact center environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or GED required
Entry-level position; little or no previous experience required
Preferred experience in multitasking using multiple systems and programs
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship
Ability to work remotely with flexible shifts starting between 8 : 00am and 10 : 30am EST
