The Prescott Campus is seeking a dynamic and student-centered leader to serve as the Director of First Year Experience (FYE). This position plays a vital role in supporting the successful transition, retention, and academic achievement of first-year students by providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the First Year Experience.

The Director is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive, immersive first-year program. A key component of this role includes serving as the faculty of record for UNIV 101 College Success, a seminar course designed to help students develop the personal, interpersonal, academic, and social skills necessary for success in college.

Key Responsibilities :

This position may require occasional long hours, evening, and weekend work to support programs and events.
