Overview

UI / UX Designer role at Navitus Health Solutions (Lumicera Health Services). The UI / UX Designer ensures efforts align with customer-focused CX / DX initiatives, helps envision, design, and prototype positive customer interactions, and creates wireframes, prototypes, and visually pleasing designs. The role uses design thinking and graphic design principles to influence and create engaging experiences for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Apply voice of the customer (VoC) research to interface and graphic designs
• Produce wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Research customer interactions and apply techniques to improve the customer experience through interface and graphic design
• Ensure navigational interactions with digital products remain a delightful customer experience
• Work directly with product-oriented delivery teams to build interactive wireframes and provide interface designs to their backlog of development work
• Collaborate with the compliance team to integrate accessibility and ensure designs are built in accordance with 508 compliance standards
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to maintain proper branding on designs
• Conduct experience tests to determine meaningful implementation of new features
• Assist with the design of dashboards and / or team pages
• Other duties as assigned
