Job Summary :

Under general supervision, specializes in the performance of computerized tomographic radiological procedures on patients. May perform general diagnostic radiology examinations. Performs related duties as required.

Required Education :

Required Certification & Licensure :

Candidate will be working in three different spine clinics. They will be scheduled to a clinic per day unless unforeseen circumstances occur, such as a provider suddenly being out of office. In these cases workers would be moved to one of the other clinics for their scheduled shift if at all possible.

Required :

Minimum 3 years radiology / xray tech experience, High School diploma or GED equivalent, BLS certification, ARRT (R) certification.

Equipment used is Dell Optiplex and Dell Works - previous experience is a plus but not required.

Clinics see on average 35-40 patients per day with 70-80% of those patients requiring on site imaging. Required availability is 7 : 30a-5p Monday through Friday, but scheduled hours will vary within this time frame according to provider schedules at the clinics. Schedules will be provided ahead of time. Most imaging conducted is standing spine xrays. Workers may be requested to perform short H&P for patients.
