To keep up with growing demand and to fully utilize a recently expanded facility, one of their most urgent needs is for a Human Resources Representative

• Key Responsibilities : Manage records keeping for employee benefits, promotions, transfers, and career development
• Work with site management to determine areas for continuous improvement and costs savings related to hiring, training, and retention
• Developing orientation, training, and development programs to ensure acquired skills are in line with facility needs
• Qualifications : Previous human resources experience in a manufacturing setting; union experience preferred
• Full-cycle recruiting
• Compensation, benefits, and payroll experience
• Experience with HRIS and MS Office especially Microsoft Excel
