• Knowledge and Responsibilities You will bring to our team :
• Conduct individualized assessments in order to formulate and implement quality client care
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality in each situation
• Ability to establish positive, compassionate relationships with clients and staff, while maintaining professional and ethical boundaries and in accordance with local and state policies
• Ability to have integrity and compassionate competence when working with the various populations that seek our integrated services
• Ability to work with providers from various disciplines for the betterment of the client
• Ability to maintain accurate and appropriate client records in a timely manner
• When required, refer clients to internally and / or externally, to resources that would be effective for them
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, which facilitate effective communication and understanding
• Ability to manage time and prioritize needs
• Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field
• Willingness to attend team meetings, case conferences, staff meetings, and or trainings
• About You
• Minimum of a Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work or a related field from an accredited college or university. Doctorate level training and education is also accepted and encouraged.
• A minimum of one (1) year clinical health setting preferred, but not required.
• Criminal record and health clearances
• Meet ALL necessary state licensure requirements
• License / Certification
• Must hold a current license to practice in the state of California. LCSW, LMFT, PMHNP, PhD, PsyD.
• One year experience in comparable behavioral health agency (Preferred)
