A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate II to resolve routine inquiries and provide support to members and providers.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and research member and provider inquiries to determine causes and initiate corrective actions
Mitigate and prevent complaints from escalating by resolving issues during initial contact
Provide customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
Experience in a contact center environment is preferred
Bi-lingual (Spanish-English) is preferred
