Associate Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and growth-minded Associate Marketing Manager to support digital marketing efforts for our Parts & Service business. As part of the digital marketing team, this role will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing conversion, and enhancing post-purchase engagement through targeted digital programs. The ideal candidate will blend eCommerce acumen with customer lifecycle expertise, supporting the integration of Parts & Service offerings into the broader customer journey. You will have the opportunity to own and lead specific projects within the Parts & Service scope, with guidance and oversight from leadership. This role will report to the e-Commerce Manager and will have strong collaboration with Product.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Global Support Center in Rosemont, IL - M / F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of digital marketing programs to grow Parts, Service, and Contracts revenue via eComm and lead gen channels.
• Identify quick-win opportunities to improve site performance and customer engagement on the Parts site.
• Collaborate with eComm team to improve conversion rates and user experience on the Parts site.
• Use analytics and customer feedback to inform CRO strategies.
• Lead paid media, SEO, and email nurture programs to drive qualified traffic to the Parts eComm site and Service web pages with support from senior team members.
• Partner with internal and external teams to execute campaigns and measure performance.
• Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to identify and engage customers post-purchase.
• Develop segmentation strategies to upsell service contracts and promote repeat purchases.
• Partner with key account managers and segment marketers to create post-purchase collateral and tools.
• Ensure messaging consistency across channels and touchpoints.
• Act as a lifecycle SME to support other segments and regions in developing post-purchase strategies.
• Maintain strong dotted-line collaboration with B2B marketing and regional teams.
