What You'll Do :

As a Supervisor, you'll be the vital connection between associates and plant leadership.

• Leading Daily Operations

Direct and support your cell / department team to deliver safe, high-quality products on time and within budget.

Identify daily production challenges, remove bottlenecks, and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence.

Hold daily team meetings, set expectations, and keep production goals on track with hourly monitoring.

Oversee continuous flow and materials delivery systems while inspiring associates to contribute ideas for improvement.

Coach, train, and mentor team members to expand skills and build bench strength.

Audit safety, quality, and scrap; uphold Leader Standard Work practices and standardized work for direct reports.

Recommend improvements in equipment, processes, and working conditions—while motivating teams and enforcing safety rules.
