Summary : As a Preschool Float Teacher at Merryhill Schools, you will create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and the collective / individual interest of its staff and student body. Location : 10050 Alta Dr. Las Vegas, NV, 89145 Age Group : All Ages (6 weeks - 5 years) Pay Range : $16-$19 per hour (Depending on experience and education) Hours : 9 : 00-6 : 00 PM or Open Availability during hours of operation (Monday - Friday) Responsibilities : Culture : Positively influence your peers to work toward and meet the school’s vision of excellence. Maintains compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and internal policies and procedures. Relationship Building : Have a strong desire to work collaboratively with a talented team of diverse educators and administrators. Minimum Qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility, or a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential. Often carrying and lifting 25 pounds or less (25-50%) and occasionally carrying 25-50 pounds (10-25%). Mission : We are more than just a school - we are a community!
