Help Desk Analyst
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to ensure smooth operations and assist users with their IT needs. Responsibilities :
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure prompt resolution.
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams or system administrators when necessary.
- Configure and set up workstations, printers, and mobile devices for end-users.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access using tools such as Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and updates within the ticketing system.
- Assist with the inventory management of IT equipment and participate in system updates and rollouts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with users to address their technical concerns.
Requirements :
13 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and fundamental networking concepts.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk is highly desirable.Basic troubleshooting experience with Active Directory and Windows 10.CompTIA A+ or an equivalent certification is preferred.Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
