Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Planogram Team in managing store-level planogram processes and ensuring accurate product placement. The role begins with 23 weeks of onsite training, transitioning to a fully remote position after. Responsible for adjusting and reviewing store planogram attachments to align with buying needs including resets, cut-ins, and footage change requests. The coordinator will interpret and communicate planogram dependencies and rule sets, collaborate across departments to maintain accuracy in product and planogram distribution, and execute store-level changes through footage change requests. Additional responsibilities include providing category and sub-category data for assortment planning, generating initial store lists for product orders, and producing reports to track planogram attachment changes and exceptions. The position also involves assisting with interdepartmental data sharing and supporting special projects as needed.

Skills and Requirements : HS diploma with 2+ years of admin or project coordinator related experience OR recent graduate. Proficient in Excel - basic formulas, copy paste, pivot tables and vlookups (need to know how formulas work in Excel). Strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate and work with internal / external customers. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently. Team player and customer service driven. Smartsheet experience.
