Job descriptionFlexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Career Advancement Opportunities Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques Interact professionally with customers, evaluating requests, pricing projects, troubleshooting issues, and describing work orders as needed Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary Mix, match, and blend various paints, enamels, lacquers, varnishes, stains, and special protective coatings to achieve the desired color, consistency, and drying properties Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks Inspect paint jobs for quality Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and / or remodeling / home repair Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment
