Manager, Lower Tier Air And Missile Defense Sensor (LtAMDS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) Program Office

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Manager in the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) Program Office with Risk & Opportunity (R&O) management responsibilities. You will work closely with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to drive best in class performance by identifying and tracking risks and opportunities to enable predictable performance on contracts.
What You Will Do :
- Develop program-enhancing partnerships across Integrated Product Teams (IPT), Cross Business Teams (CBT) (e.g., Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain), Finance, and all other support functions on the Program
- Drive effective R&O management processes, best practices, and compliance
- Facilitate the Program Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) cadence
- Create and analyze program level R&O metrics
- Support program start up process with R&O related workshops
- Ensure program IMS adequately reflects R&O mitigation / capture plans
- Review and reconcile EAC R&O status with register data
- Serve as subject matter expert for Risk Management with the customer
- Expected to support domestic travel as needed

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
